Made v-block to bend ONX-T08-07. Used method Kerry demonstrates on Sonex site. Took considerable leaning on the handle, but was a success. Assembled this part to T08-08 to complete T07-02.
Clecoed sub-assembly for ONX-T06-01, updrilled, deburred and riveted the assembly.
Clecoed skin on subframe and updrilled holes. Need to fit tip next, then ready to disassemble and debur. Leading edge rib, T08-05, needed to be trimmed back about 1/4" from leading edge to eliminate interference on the leading edge skin.
